[aprssig] Can YAAC or APRSIS32 do a CAVE.JPG map?

It won't be perfect, but I could add this capability to YAAC. The issues depend on the orientation and resolution of such a pixellated map; if it's not axis-aligned, there would be distortion. Similarly, scaling the map up or down relative to its "natural" scale of one pixel per pixel will cause blurry or missing pieces of the map. In general, away from its original resolution, raster map data doesn't scale worth squat. :-)

If you have a copy of the cave map JPG that you could send me for testing, that would be much appreciated. Otherwise, I'll try and get some other map saved as a JPG and try it.
