[aprssig] APRS and dstar

DRats has the capability to displaying the station's position on a map. 
So it can do RF now. The issue would be getting the program to handle 
both APRS and DStar positioning at the same time.

I am not a programmer so not sure how much of an effort that would take. 
But it is possible I'm sure.
