[aprssig] K6AEP-1 flaking out? or maybe KO6TH?

Negative. Given that the strange packets repeat in a strange pattern
and are entering the APRS-IS via different IGates and RF paths, I more
suspect it's actually coming over the air from his station. I just sent
an e-mail to his QRZ.com address.
Actually, if you take your IGate down for a while, we can see if other
IGates consistently gate the same stuff which would leave your station
completely off the hook and point even more positively to a problem at
the source.
