[aprssig] K6AEP-1 flaking out? or maybe KO6TH?

It's an MFJ-1278T, operating in KISS mode.  No clue about passall, but I
can check (I think...).  I will need to shut down APRSIS/32 to do that.  Is
there anything I need to gather before doing so?
