[aprssig] RV APRS and Dish TV

And YES.... Dish works well from the RV... I did that one summer...
Just a vertical 2 inch pipe mounted on a piece of plywood and
a hand full of cedar shingles to wedge underneath to fine tune
the aim.... There is an audio tone signal.... The pitch goes higher
as the signal gets stronger... Takes about a minute to set it up....
