[aprssig] Balloon DFing on APRS

Correct me if I have read the spec wrong on DF but it seems the best
way to implement this on a map is perhaps a compass with a line drawn
in the direction given by BRG and ending after R (in NRQ) miles in
that direction. Quality and number (hits) are best given textually in
an info window or perhaps in the case of Quality displayed with
differing colored lines for differing qualities.

If this sounds correct I'll try and get it up on OpenAPRS in the next
couple of days.
