[aprssig] APRS propagation monitor

On Wed, Jun 06, 2012 at 07:50:21PM -0400, we recorded a bogon-computron collision of the <ldeffenb at homeside.to> flavor, containing:

It definitely does run fine under WINE.  I ran it side-by-side with my 
Xastir instance (sharing an AX.25 port using ldsped (an AGWPE clone)) for
several months just to explore it.
