[aprssig] Should I submit a paper to DCC on YAAC?

DCC happens every year on a rotating basis: West Coast, East Coast, and Central. This year is a "central" location (ala Chicago, Kansas City, etc). Last year was East Coast (Baltimore), so logically next year will be a Left Coast event. The (almost) total even listing can be found here:
http://www.tapr.org/dcc.html in the left column.
I think it would be an excellent idea to lobby for a Northwestern Conference next year, as it's been a dozen years since the conference has been there. I suddenly got more flexible when I realized my company will reimburse my expenses as part of my continuing education.
