[aprssig] Really CHEAP Puck-type USB GPS Receiver

Ron - While you're on the Argent Data site, look at the Products section
and find their ADS-GM1 GPS Receiver.  This is an RS-232 serial device (not
USB) that is also based on the excellent SiRFstar III chip.
