[aprssig] SPOT engine on APRS.FI

Wrong SPOT and a bad choice of words by Bob.  It's more like a POI 
(point of interest) being an APRS message-initiated remote object 
creation server..  In fact, I'd suggest we call the server POI or 
something just to avoid such confusion since many, many people know 
about SPOT and that's not really the intent behind Bob's suggestion.  If 
you've got an APRS-capable radio, you're already SPOT-ing (tracking), 
but I believe his intent is to be able to quickly and easily drop an 
object HERE that says something like "RIGHTFORK - I took the Right Fork" 
(although that requires knowledge of which direction the POI originator 
was hiking, so it's probably a bad example).
