The amateur radio gear was turned off for docking ........ "12/21/12 -- 
Soyuz TMA-07M/33S docking -- ~9:12:39am EST"

The following link is to a daily log of events on the ISS, including 
notification the digi will be off. At the bottom of the page is a list 
of future events enabling one to forecast when the digi might be 
unavailable.
