Not quite. I should have been more precise:

When specifying arbitrary start/end dates/times, the time range 
(difference between start and end) can be 14 days at most (14*24 hours). 
So from 1th of January 2010 14:32:50 UTC to 12th of January 2010 17:42:11 
UTC would work.

Arbitrary start/end datetimes work just fine when looking up stuff from 
past years.
