[aprssig] Track Playback: easy date/time lookups on aprs.fi

This looks very nice and I have used the past days feature, but I am not clear on something.  You have previous years showing as well.

It appears older than the 14 days only allows whole days lookup, but within 14 days you can specify start/end times.

  Is thing correct?
