[aprssig] New Symbol for FILL-IN digis?

OK, Here is the info on all the "T" digis that I can figure:

Most of the "T" digis are in Greece or Italy and they indicate they are using TRACEn-N.  These are the remanants of the holdouts for TRACEn-N in Europe.  Europe went to the New-N paradigm several years ago (Traceable WIDEn-N).  So these stations should change.

What's left are 12 obsolete digis in he USA.  of all of these 12, ten of them are simply obsolete and are advertising WIDE-RELAY-TRACE which has been obsolete since 2004.  These digis are doing nothing to help APRS.  Here are the USA ones that appear to be misconfigured:

NJ:  K3JF-15, KB2TSV-15, K3JF-15
NYC: K2MAK
FL:  AA4QI-1
TN:  W4AFXO, WA4KJH-7
CA:  N6OEI-10,KA6DAC-9
MN:  N0QK-1
PA:  N3NRI-2
OK:  W5GPR-4
IL:  K4EZ-2
 
Of these only 2 then could be old PACCOMM digis trying to support the New-N paradigm, since all the rest of them indicate W-R-T as obsolete, or indicate WIDEn-N and SSn-N support but are using the wrong letter.
