[aprssig] Q: Corrupted packets, perhaps, but too consistent?

A local, K9QF (NE Illinois) got an email from K9QV (Intiana) asking why K9QV's station appears at the location of K9QF. I don't know enough to figure it out, but it looks like a simple case of corrupted packets from K9QF. HOWEVER...why so many with the same corruption sure seems odd. Here are some examples and I do know that K9QF disconnected station his during recent storms.

Anyone care to investigate? Either here and I'll relay to QF, or directly to them.

QV is skywaycaptain at hotmail....com

QF is at sbcglobal....net
