[aprssig] New Garmin navigator supports NMEA

There are three flavors of this new product from Garmin that can be used with APRS.  These units support NMEA I/O (with optional cable: https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=26668), have a 4" diagonal touchscreen comparable to some of the Nuvi products, spoken turn-by-turn directions, portrait or landscape orientation, and several other features.  The other flavors include a 5MP camera and built-in topo maps at an additional cost.  Looks like they expect them to start shipping in a month or two.
