[aprssig] Mailfor on APRS

Has anybody come up with a convention for viewing BBS mailfor traffic
in an ARPS context.

I'm testing the FBB UI extensions of the new BQP32 BBS and it appears
reasonable to get it tweaked for a new an improved APRS scheme.

Once that's working, it'll be easy to update JNOS to do the same...

Here's what we see now:
