APRSISCE/32 as implemented in a clean room environment with only the 
published specs to go on parses, stores, and displays these telemetry 
values quite well.  That particular station is identified as a Mic-E 
station that supports messaging (well, that's what his packet indicates 
anyway), and offers a menu option to view the most recently received 
telemetry values which happens to be 155 on Channel 1 as of this writing.
