It IS screwed up when you use a KPC3+ under computer control as an igate/digi.
For some unexplainable reason, after several days of operation, KPC3s start
delaying received packets before passing them on to the computer, . The
results is stations "hyper-jumping" forward and then backwards for Internet
viewers, as more recent posits gated by other igates, get superceded by OLDER
delayed reports from the igate with the buggy KPC3. The problem can be
cleared by powering the KPC3 off, then back on, or by issuing a RESET command
from the computer.

The discussion of this issue has been going on for YEARS and YEARS!

This appears to not be a problem with a KPC3 running stand-alone as a digipeater.
