Yes.  APRS message format is:

MYCALL>APRSAT::EMAIL....:abc at xyz ET call home

The CRITICAL elements are:
1) The AX.25 TOCALL must begin with "AP" hence I suggest APRSAT
2) in the body of the AX.25 must begin with : then 9 byte address
3) Then another : in the 11th position.
4) Then the email address and a space
5) then the email.

Hope that helps.  TEST it on 144.39 for sure.
