[aprssig] -IS to RF Igating (was: APRS on Android)

Chill out a bit and read carefully and completely!  He already stated 
that he doesn't want to use this setup for tracking but will be saving 
his nickels for a better radio-based APRS-solution.  He would rather use 
the KPC-3 for Digi/IGate or packet service.
