[aprssig] Winlink Objects

I'm all eyes for an answer to the same curiosity.  The *-10 stations 
that show up are actually objects sourced by "WINLINK" 
(http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&call=WINLINK&limit=50&view=normal).  
Interestingly, WINLINK itself is an object sourced by DL8RCB-10 
(http://aprs.fi/info/WINLINK) probably by accident.

I just include a -b/WINLINK to eliminate all of the -10 stations from 
appearing as I really don't care about WinLink in my APRS monitoring.

But I'm really curious as to how/why the *-10s are coming through the 
filter you have below...
