I'm all eyes for an answer to the same curiosity. The *-10 stations
that show up are actually objects sourced by "WINLINK"
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&call=WINLINK&limit=50&view=normal">http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&call=WINLINK&limit=50&view=normal</a>).
Interestingly, WINLINK itself is an object sourced by DL8RCB-10
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://aprs.fi/info/WINLINK">http://aprs.fi/info/WINLINK</a>) probably by accident.<br>

I just include a -b/WINLINK to eliminate all of the -10 stations from
appearing as I really don't care about WinLink in my APRS monitoring.<br>

But I'm really curious as to how/why the *-10s are coming through the
filter you have below...<br>
