[aprssig] D710 has no APRS data, displays "TNC ERROR"

I had the same thought - that does not appear to be the case, though.

The problem went away - I left the unit powered up (in a
non-functional state) and went to work.  When I got home I reset it,
and it's been working correctly for almost 4 days straight.
