This may not be the best place to ask this, so if not, please tell me a
more appropriate list...

 From http://aprs.org/iss-faq.html:

*ISS AND OTHER UI DIGIPEATERS IN SPACE* SATELLITE DWNLNK UPLINK
DIGI-PATH (choose one) DESCRIPTION
ISS 145.825 145.825 ARISS | APRSAT | WIDE Adding an optional
SGATE,WIDE on your path allows your
PCSAT-1 145.825 145.828 ARISS | APRSAT | WIDEn-N packet to be gated
to the FINDU system more easily.
ANDE 145.825 145.825 ARISS | APRSAT | WIDEn-N Sleeps between users.
Wakes for a minute.
GO32 435.225 145.850 4XTECH Use 145.93 uplink for all D7 and D700's

Is the ISS really responding to a path alias of WIDE? Or is this
obsolete (page last updated Jan 30, 2009) information?

I know that it responds to ARISS, but does it also digipeat on it's own
(RS0ISS-4) callsign?

And finally, based on the packets I've seen from it, it is doing alias
substitution rather than callsign insertion. Can someone who knows the
facts confirm or deny that observation?
