TNX to all who have responded.
I, at first, did not recognize that his packet was in mic-e form.
He was using the ARISS APRS frequency and by the trailing callsigns, it
appears his packet was entered into the APRS-IS by fairly distant
stations. Too far to be from terrestrial relay.
I suspect that the ARISS responded to the WIDE1-1 that he had in his
path and did not do callsign substitution. Thus R0ISS did not show up.
I have advised him to change his packet path from WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1 to
ARISS when attempting digipeating through the ISS.
