[aprssig] Garmin NUVI & messaging?

And http://wiki.argentdata.com/index.php/Garmin_FMI makes it clear that 
only the 350's FMI mode doesn't make "breadcrumbs" as stations move.  It 
is the only Nuvi that works correctly with the current version of FMI 
support by the Tracker2 family.  I run two Nuvi350/T2 units as KJ4OVQ-9 
and KJ4ERJ-9 and have had nary a stitch of trouble with them.
