[aprssig] What is Generating These Packets

My post of the issues generated a fair amount of discussion in the
APRX google group.  First the original packet example:

APRSIS>RXTLM-1,TCPIP,qAR,KD8IAY:T#113,0.0,0.0,0.0,0.0,0.0,00000000

The source call of APRSIS is a bug that was fixed previously, so as
others already suggested, the root of this problem is people running
old versions of APRX.  Evidently version 2.0 from Aug 2010 doesn't
have this problem, so the fix was either in that release or an earlier
one.

Next the invalid TOCALL such as "RXTLM-2" below:

LA1FTA-1>RXTLM-2,TCPIP*,qAC,T2BERN:T#076,0.4,2.7,1.0,0.0,8.0,00000000

The author of APRX, OH2MQK, acknowledged that this issue still needs
to be fixed.

The other problems associated with the KD8IAY/KD8IAY-1 station(s)
appear to be configuration issues.

Hopefully the tocall problem with telemetry can be fixed soon, but of
course the users will need to upgrade.
