[aprssig] What is Generating These Packets

Spot-checking some of the many stations beaconing the APRSIS> telemetry
shows:

KD8IAY beacons both RXTLM-3 w/Telemetry and APRX22 which is "APRXxx <39
for OH2MQK's RX-igate".

CRVLS-1, VE6KGA-1,YO6KSU-10, and HB9ONO-5 are all the same.

LA2YMA-10 is RXTLM-2 w/Telemetry and APND14 which is "APNDxx DIGI_NED"

So, it seems more likely that it's OH2MQK's RX-igate software, whatever
that is.

Because the point of entry is very diverse, it is not being generated by a single station but by a single piece of software.
