[aprssig] APRS on Bernuda and Atlantic

Yep,  slow and expensive and I believe run by a third party,  not even the
cruise line.  I would not hold my breath hoping they might donate the
service needed for an I-gate.  In addition,  most cruise ships avoid the
Caribbean during huricane season,  so there goes *th*e coverage.
