[aprssig] K6RPT-11 APRS Balloon Has Reached Europe !!!

The incredible long-duration flight of K6RPT-11 continues.    The 
Strato-floater balloon has now reached the mainland of Europe from it's launch 
in San Jose, California over two days ago.  The balloon made landfall in Europe 
crossing over the southwest coast of Spain at about 00:39 EST (0539 UTC) near 
Jerez De LaFrontera, Spain.
