[aprssig] ATTN: European Hams -- Get Set To Monitor K6RPT-11 APRS Balloon!

I saw another problem with -13 (or was it -14?) yesterday; then it was jumping north and south about 70 miles, even though it was traveling east. Anybody know what was causing that one?

 APRS Balloon!

Oh No!   It's now within range of at least one buggy TNC/igate that is delaying
forwarding packets to the APRS-IS.   I'm now seeing 20-mile fore-and-aft
cha-cha-cha "hyperjumps" as long-delayed old packets replace newer ones.
