With its last decent rate of abt 1500 f/min and last ground speed, it will be quite close to the interstate 15 south of Filmore at touch down - abt 12 min after that last beacon.

Looks like a little more than a half hour from 115000 to 18,200.
 
Are those lakes west of Filmore?  Google doesn't identify them.  It was decending by that southern patch.  Looks like a forest.
