Is that APN + 3 numbers, or actually the string 'APNXXX'? That is not a 
very good choice - according to http://aprs.org/aprs11/tocalls.txt the 
allocation for APN is:

APN          Network nodes, digis, etc

And there are thousands of APN* stations already. Please pick another one 
and ask Bob to check it's free and add it to the list. APC* are cellular 
applications, maybe this one hits that category, how about APCIPx (x for 
version number or something)?
