[aprssig] New tracker/radio cables and OpenTracker+ bundle

For most handhelds (except Kenwoods) PTT is triggered by pulling the mic 
audio line to ground through a resistor.  The HT detects the current and 
starts transmitting.  The Kenwoods (and most Chinese imports) have a 
separate PTT line.
