[aprssig] Invalid object

Here are the raw packets I've captured off of APRS-IS.  Why all the 
spaces after the object name and before the coordinates?  The spec seems 
to say that you need a 7 character Time in there, with (I believe) 
1111111 meaning to keep it around for a long time.  That might work 
better than the spaces?
