[aprssig] East Coast Rocket Launch Saturday?

The possible 2nd attempt to launch the Rocket from Wallops VA
will be this Saturday or Sunday (27th or 18th) between 10 to
1400 EDT.  Nothing official yet.  But people at hamfests on the
East Coast may see it.
