[aprssig] N1VG-11 Balloon Aloft in Southern Cal

I should have stayed put at the parking lot in Mettler rather than 
second-guessing the flight path prediction - it came down within a few 
miles of there.  The last position was only a few hundred feet off and 
it landed in a nice freshly-plowed field.  I'm downloading video now. 
The camera ran out of space at 2 hours and it had a lot of spin at 
first, but for a last-minute addition (with about 15 minutes of total 
construction time) the camera payload seems to have done pretty well.

113,876 feet on an 800 gram balloon, not too bad.  Got a little nervous 
when the battery voltage dropped under 5v but it kept on going.
