[aprssig] iBCNU

Hi Andrew,

Pointing ibcnu at a tcp socket should work just fine, but you need to send
it back few things.

1) After connection is established, send "javAPRSSrvr" sans to quotes.
2) Then ibcnu will send in login information
3) You need to respond with "# logresp verified"
4) After this ibcnu will start sending position reports in selected time
interval
5) To keep the channel opened, every 30 seconds or so, send some string
(i.e. HELLO) back to ibcnu.

Hope this is helpful.
