RFID TAG           $ 2 each or so
RFID READER Module $25 or so
5v regulator       $ 2 or so
Battery            $ 2 or so
LED, resistor, cap $ 2 or so

Now we need someone to write tag-callsign association software
and we are GO!
Each club builds one or two HotSpots for their local use and
bring them to Dayton
For the big event!
