[aprssig] OpenAPRS developer?

I'm looking to contact the OpenAPRS developer with a few questions
related to an APRS messaging QSO between W7BOZ-12 and KC7CVI on
2010-12-22 02:36 through 04:09 UTC. It appears that while KC7CVI was
doing reply-acks, it never directly ack'd W7BOZ-12's messages.

If anyone has contact information for the developer, I'd appreciate it.

Lynn (D) - KJ4ERJ - Author of APRSISCE for Windows Mobile and Win32

PS. Just for completeness, here's the raw logs from APRS.FI for both
stations interleaved by time with all non-message traffic removed. You
will notice that W7BOZ-12 acks each of KC7CVI's messages and sends the
next queued message in response to the Reply-Ack, but there are no
direct acks from KC7CVI causing lots of retries from W7BOZ-12. Note
also that both stations were on APRS-IS, so there's no RF/IGate issues
involved here.
