As long as we are information gatherers and no one gets the idea to do some role
playing and try and pull equipment I agree . We gather as much as possible and
present our case if the individual wont correct the problem.

Look what happened to CB radio... The FCC became overwhelmed and essentially
gave up. If we don't self police, then we will end up without FCC support...
