[aprssig] GM-300 speaker output

I meant a tracker or TNC.  I see now that it's got a discriminator audio 
output - I'll check that out.  I've had a couple of inquiries on these 
things lately, and I've still got a couple of old units in the shop that 
I haven't ever had time to set up.
