I'm usually silent here, but ... like a frog who's in a pot of water where the heat has been gradually turned up ...
Amateur stations that automatically transmit without first listening to check if the frequency is clear? Is this even compliant with the letter or intent of rules, or even good operating practice? Every Ham should be against this sort of thing. But that's only my opinion.
I'll go back in my hole now.
