Yes, again and again we issue tactical calls problem...

Another proof that on servers should be the separate filtered port
w/o tactical data!

I do not talk that tactical call-signs have not to be exist,
but must be choice - users of APRS-IS service should have as more as
possible flexible choice to get only data that they needs.
