[aprssig] Return loss bridge

With the directional coupler I ordered, I should be OK with the HP 
8920A.  Since I already sunk a few grand into that particular piece of 
equipment, I should probably figure out how to use a few more of the 
features.  It's already proven to be a good investment, though.
