Maybe not.   It's definitely not in the non-attended portion of the
band and it's prime CW teritory.

I think all we have for unattended in the US is 7.100 to 7.105.

We need to get the computers out of the lower 'live-user' portion of
the bands and get some reasonable bandwidth for the computer-user (aka
unattended) segments.
