You are mistaken.

There is no menu 2 item 0 (Zero) or 0 (Oscar)

It only has 2-1 to 2-D in the APRS section. (2-x)

This is in a TH-D7E V2.0

I've got it here in front of me, and I've just spent time scroling through all it's menu items, as I said to Kai in another mail.
