ISS is reported back in APRS mode on 145.825. Passes are
occuring in the evenings in the Northern Hemisphere. Your APRS
should work as is if you just QSY to 145.825.
If you want to confirm your success change your call-SSID so
that your terrestrial packets do not overwrite your ISS packets
in the APRS-IS.

It as up last night on 145.825, running 1200 bps. Hope to see
you there later!
Also, NO-44 is operational during daylight hours - 1200 bps on
145.827. Or, rather, it has been this week.
