[aprssig] DSTAR Freq in Status text?

This is the packet I get when attempting this.  I'll try and compare it 
with localinfo.html

KB8ZGL>API282,DSTAR*,qAR,WX8GRR-C:/120139z4311.43N/08520.20Wj039/000/147.290Mhz 
DStar

I would guess the j039/000/  is the part that is kicking the freq. out 
of the 10th byte?
